About Maddy: “Maddy” aka Madison’s Pure Color is a lovely registered APHA mare that has been lovingly bred and raised by her current owner.

Maddy came all the way from MI as a filly and we had the pleasure to start her about 10 years ago under saddle. Her owner has loved and meticulously cared for her and has only used her as her pleasure trail horse and for camping.

Maddy came back for a 90 now 120-day refresher while her owner has traveled and has built a home in Mexico. She has decided that she will now be happier with her own person while she semi-retires and lives more than part-time out of the country.

We have enjoyed working with Maddy to reestablish her arena buttons and she has been willing and happy to try new things including giving lessons for all ages and abilities. She would make a nice 4H horse, competitive ranch riding mare but she also has HUS and dressage abilities.

She does everything a good horse should do. Clips, bathes, loads, stands quiet, goes barefoot and is good for farrier. Very easy keeper and completely sound and sane. No stall quirks or issues either in a pasture or a stall. Owner is anxious to get her settled with a new owner and is negotiable asking $6500.00.
